Refund and Return Policy

At Jabbar Loralai Olives, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our extra virgin olive oil. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as this is a food product, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Damaged or Leaking Products

We pack our bottles (Glass and PET) and Tins with extreme care to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged or leaking due to courier mishandling:

Do NOT accept the parcel if it is visibly leaking or the box is wet. Return it to the rider immediately.
If you accepted the parcel and found damage inside:
1. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Send us a photo or video of the damaged product via WhatsApp at [Your WhatsApp Number].
3. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

2. Wrong Item Received

If you received a different product than what you ordered (e.g., you ordered 500ml but got 250ml), please contact us within 24 hours.

We will arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up.
We will dispatch the correct item immediately at no extra cost to you.
Condition: The item must be unopened and the seal must be intact.

3. Change of Mind / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Bottles that have been opened or used.
Products where the seal has been broken.
Returns based on personal taste preferences.

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved (for damaged or missing items):

We will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Since most orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), we will transfer the amount to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
Please provide your payment details when you contact our support team.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the courier (TCS/Leopard) has picked up the parcel, the order cannot be canceled.
