Extra virgin is the highest quality classification for olive oil. Our oil is cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest, with an acidity level below 0.3% (well under the 0.8% maximum for EVOO). It’s never refined or chemically treated, preserving all natural flavors, aromas, and health benefits.
Store your Loralai olive oil in a cool, dark place away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The ideal temperature is between 57-70°F (14-21°C). Our dark glass bottles help protect the oil from light degradation. Once opened, use within 3-6 months for optimal freshness.
